Had a small floor scale that needed calibration. These folks were great. I brought it in, to save the expense of paying for them to come out to me (we are a startup business with a really small budget). Everyone here was very friendly and supportive. When I got the scale back, there was a problem with a cable that made the scale unreliable. They fixed it, and didn't charge me for the repair. Total pros. And a shout out to their tech Trevor. While I had to get help to load the scale into my car, this guy picked it up like a sack of potatoes and carried it into the shop, as well as identifying and correcting the faults in the scale. If a brawl is coming, you want to get behind this guy! Great work. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs sales or service on a scale.

The people I have dealt with (Sharon, Nicole, Erica, Mike, and Dan) are a pleasure to work with; pleasant and courteous. Mike and Dan are knowledgeable. More, they are willing (and patient) to explain it to me. My requests are thoughtfully considered and implemented when we can work it out to our mutual benefit. Mike works around us in the plant, thinking how to do his work with the minimum disruption to us.
