My wife rented a locker for a year and before the expiration date, her lock was broken and everything stolen including the lock. The administration first response was "Did you remove your stuff? Did you forget your locker number? Did you threw your stuff away? You must have not come to the gym for a long time."
This is so unprofessional . How can they accused a victim before they investigate the issue. We go to the gym every week and my wife is a professional . They treat us like dummies.
Finally their response, we are not responsible for any lost.
